At O.LIVE Naturopathy, consultation time is dedicated exclusively to you. The following policy outlines payment requirements, timeframes and related terms to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

At O.LIVE Naturopathy, consultation time is dedicated exclusively to you. The following policy outlines payment requirements, timeframes and related terms to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

Consultation Fees & Payment Terms

Payment Requirements

  • Initial Consultations – 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Acute Consultations & Packages – Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

  • Follow-Up Consultations – Invoiced after the appointment and payable in accordance with the invoice terms.

Invoices may include consultation fees and any additional agreed charges, such as prescribed practitioner-only supplements, testing, or educational resources.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

  • Direct debit

  • Credit card

  • Online payment link

  • Bank transfer

Outstanding accounts must be finalised before further appointments, reports, prescriptions, or services can be provided. O.LIVE Naturopathy reserves the right to suspend services until accounts are brought up to date.

Payment Timeframes & Administrative Fees

Where an invoice is issued for consultations, supplements, testing or other agreed services, payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received within this timeframe:

  • A reminder notice will be issued.

  • Additional reminders may be sent at reasonable intervals until payment is received.

To cover administrative costs associated with ongoing follow-up and account management, an administration fee of 5% of the outstanding invoice total (inclusive of GST) may be applied for each reminder issued after the initial reminder.

Refund Policy

Olive the space PTY LTD complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under that legislation.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please ensure you are comfortable proceeding before making payment.

Consultations

Once a consultation has been delivered, consultation fees are non-refundable.

If O.LIVE Naturopathy needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled appointment, or

  • A credit or refund of any prepaid fees.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a recommended product, please contact O.LIVE Naturopathy promptly so the matter can be assessed and appropriate support provided.

Supplement refunds are subject to the supplier’s return policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Appointments & Attendance Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Preparation occurs prior to your consultation, and late cancellations impact both clinic operations and other clients awaiting appointments.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment – No fee applies.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours – 50% of the consultation fee applies.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend without notice – 100% of the consultation fee applies.

Where applicable:

  • Any prepaid amount may be retained, and/or

  • An invoice may be issued for the outstanding balance.

Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of O.live Naturopathy.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your consultation will conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. The full consultation fee will still apply.
